I designed the full interface surfacing ML-driven compatibility scores, "Why Meet" explanations, and deal-readiness signals. Core design decision: show the AI score with a one-line plain-language rationale — never the raw model logic. Finance-level professionals don't trust black boxes. The AI reasoning is contextualised, not dumped.

RecruitFlow — AI outreach command centre for recruiters. Designed the interface surfacing candidate scoring and deduplication flags with progressive disclosure: flags appear only on hover, keeping the baseline view calm and uncluttered.

DentalBotPro — AI assistant interface for 24/7 dental practice communication. Designed the decision flow for triage, appointment routing, and multilingual handoff across phone, chat, and WhatsApp — making automated decisions feel guided, not robotic.

Every project in my portfolio was owned start to finish — no handoffs, no wireframe hand-over, no agency model. I define the problem, redesign the process, design every UI state and edge case, and see it through to a measured outcome.

Life Dental Redesign — took a dated dental lab website (life-dental.de) and rebuilt it from the ground up: new information architecture, AI assistant integration (website, portal, and admin), a secure customer portal with real-time case management, and a full GDPR-compliant data privacy concept. Before and after is night and day.

RecruitFlow — from problem definition (scattered tools, missed talent) through process redesign, all UI states, multi-tenant data architecture decisions, and live deployment at app.recruitflow.one.

Execution OS — complex multi-feature governance system: dynamic planning engine, project graph visualisation, AI reflection loops, anomaly detection. Owned end-to-end.

RecruitFlow: analysed recruiter funnel data showing 68% of outreach sequences abandoned after step 1. Redesigned follow-up scheduling into a single-action bulk confirmer — abandonment dropped significantly in subsequent testing rounds.

Lumina matchmaking: session recordings showed users ignoring compatibility scores placed below the fold. Repositioned score to top-left as the primary visual anchor — time-on-card and engagement improved measurably.

AMPD watch party platform: designed the energy generation feedback loop based on real-time sensor data and leaderboard engagement patterns — iterated the gamification model to drive sustained participation, not just initial spike.

My process: qualitative (usability sessions, interviews, contextual observation) → quantitative (funnel drop-off, conversion, error rates, time-to-complete) → design hypothesis → test → ship → measure → iterate.

Lumina: processes high-value investor profiles and mandate data across elite financial events. I designed the data trust UX — what is visible to whom, what triggers a connection request, how financial intent is communicated without creating liability. Every interaction designed with the weight of confusion = money lost.

RecruitFlow: multi-tenant GDPR compliance built structurally into every flow — candidate data ownership, deletion pathways, and consent mechanisms are not bolted on; they are the architecture.

DentalBotPro: GDPR-compliant AI communication with German hosting, consent flows, and data handling designed for a regulated healthcare context.

Life Dental Portal: secure authenticated case management with access controls, audit logs, admin oversight, and real-time notifications — designed to meet the data standards of a regulated medical supply environment. Deep understanding of KYC, AML, FX transparency, and fee disclosure as design problems, not compliance checkboxes.

Accessibility is structural in my process — not a final checklist item. Lumina was designed for a global professional network across languages, cultural contexts, and device capabilities — mobile-first, touch-optimised, WCAG AA contrast enforced at the design token level.

DentalBotPro: 100+ language support designed into the interaction model — not as a translation layer, but as a core flow consideration. Patients communicating in their first language trust the system more and complete intake flows more accurately.

LK Quantum Pro / TennisTracker Pro: designed for users ranging from casual club players (low digital literacy) to professional tournament organisers — separate information architectures per role, reducing cognitive load for casual users while surfacing power features for advanced ones.

Specific decision: replaced all legal language in the Lumina onboarding with plain-English equivalents — without losing compliance accuracy. Tested across 3 rounds of usability sessions with non-native English speakers.
